John began his career in the BBC Documentaries department, making series including Airport, Children’s Hospital and Reputations. After that, he set up the popular docs unit at Granada and the factual arm of Ginger TV, before landing back at the BBC to edit Timewatch, make major docudramas like Nuremburg and Wild West and shape some of BBC Factual’s early online successes.
These days, he helps drive 360’s mission to make the best popular, landmark and online factual content in the world. He also really likes football, but is a very slow full-back these days.
