Charlotte Moore is currently the Controller of BBC One.  She began her career travelling to remote corners of the world to make films about cannibals, disappearing tribes and stolen art.  As a filmmaker her credits include Living With Cancer,  Stephen Fry's Secret Life Of The Manic Depressive and Eighteen With A Bullet.   And as the BBC's Commissioning Editor for Documentaries, she was responsible for award winning documentaries such as Between Life and Death, 7/7 One Day in London, Protecting Our Children, Welcome to Lagos, Terry Pratchett's Choosing to Die, Bruce Parry’s Arctic Circle and popular hits The Great British Bake Off, The Choir and Inside Claridge’s.
