Pippa Lambert is Head of TV, London at ICM Partners, a talent and literary agency representing clients in the fields of motion pictures, television, publishing, music, theater, branded entertainment and digital media. ICM Partners, a privately held corporation, is one of the predominant agencies in the United States and Europe, with its principal offices in Los Angeles, New York and London.

Pippa's clients include producers, buyers and distributors of original programming and formats in scripted and non-scripted television. She represents companies from across the world located in UK, USA, Canada, France, Holland, Spain, Scandinavia, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, Israel and Japan.

Before joining ICM Partners in 2006, Pippa worked in international distribution across sales, marketing and acquisitions of TV and film properties at All3Media International, Revolver Entertainment and TVF International.

She has a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Manchester (2000) and an MBA from Warwick Business School (2015).
