Heaney launched his own content distribution business, TCB Media Rights at the end of 2012. With an emphasis on the ability to secure strong pre-sales and co-create shows with high revenue potential, he initially has specialised in the genres of factual, factual entertainment and formats. Heaney and his 8 strong team are working with some of the most highly regarded production companies in the business, eg. Arrow Media, CJZ, Icon Films, WAG tv, Like A Shot Entertainment and Channel Seven Productions, to name a few.

Strong co-production and pre-sales relationships in the US, UK, Germany, Italy and Australia have helped these producers realise their programme making plans early in the development stage.

In-depth market intelligence and insider knowledge of what the global content market wants, where and how are vital assets for producers in the development and ideas-creation process.

Heaney had previously been President and MD of Cineflix Rights which he started in 2002, building the business up year on year with double or triple-digit growth each year.
