Tom joined Channel 4 in March 2012 as Commissioning Editor, Entertainment and has looked after shows like Derren Brown, Alan Carr: Chatty Man and The Singer Takes It All.  In September 2014 he moved to Factual Entertainment where his slate includes The Jump, Gadget Man andTroy.

Before joining Channel 4 Tom was Head of Entertainment at Ant and Dec’s company Gallowgate where he was responsible for all editorial and content matters including developing and overseeing two series of Ant and Dec’s Push the Button.

Previously he worked as Series Producer on numerous shows including The Friday Night Project, Lily Allen and Friends and Chris Moyles’ Quiz Night and as producer on programmes including The Big Breakfast, Make My Day and The Richard Taylor Interviews.

Tom is described as “the nicest man in telly” in the foreword to Justin Lee Collins’ autobiography ‘Good Times’. But please don’t hold that against him.
