Concept Street

Roy Aalderink is Founder/Producer and CEO of Concept Street – an independent, unscripted production company based in The Netherlands but creating, producing, and distributing (formatted) shows for audiences around the world.

During his career as Chief Creative and CEO of various Dutch production companies, Aalderink created dozens of formats for the Dutch and Flemish markets, of which many got international adaptations, including BBC in the UK (Save My Holiday), RTL Germany (Rehab), Cuatro Spain (Rehab), YLE Finland (My Last Words) and UPtv (Jo Frost: Nanny on Tour) in the USA. His music event show Gospel in Paradiso won the Rose d’Or for Best Music Program, and formatted docuseries My Last Words got a Special Mention in the Reality Category of the Rose d’Or. Roy also produced over 40 hours (4 different formats) of English-language shows for global (UHD/4K) streamer Insight TV.

On top of that, Roy’s portfolio includes local adaptations of many successful international formats, such as Survivor, (Celebrity) Wife Swap, Embarrassing Bodies, Say Yes To The Dress, The Restaurant That Makes Mistakes - and most recently the The Real Housewives franchise (The Real Housewives of Amsterdam).
