A dynamic and accomplished entertainment executive with over 25 years of experience in the industry, Theresa Patiri currently serves as Senior Vice President of Production, Operations & Business Affairs for WE tv, AMC Networks’ home of compelling, can’t miss unscripted series and AllBlk, the company’s premium streaming service featuring a diverse lineup of content that spans across genres and generations.

In her role, Patiri is responsible for the business strategy and oversight of physical and post production, business affairs, network and content budgets, and global program partnerships for WE tv and AllBlk’s diverse slate of fan favorite and must see unscripted and scripted original programming. Patiri leads the brands’ efforts to produce fresh new originals that explore personalities and relationships fueled by purpose and passion.

Since joining AMC Networks in 2001, Patiri has become an integral leader for the company and has helped drive record-breaking growth for its brands and series, producing worldwide hit franchises including Bridezillas, Marriage Boot Camp, Braxton Family Values, Growing Up Hip Hop, Love After Lockup, Mama June: From Not to Hot and more.

Known for her strong business acumen, creative deal-making, and ability to build strong relationships, Patiri has also held various development, operations, and production positions across ABC, HBO, NBCUniversal, and Independent Films.
